As part of Samaikyandhra agitation, students of Kesava Reddy schools took out an impressive rally here on Wednesday. The students dressed as soldiers, lawyers, people of different faiths walked in the rally waiving to the crowds.

They held placards declaring their contribution to the protest to keep the State together. The rally started from Kondareddy fort and passed through the streets of the city. Meanwhile, the employees of ICDS and Health Department held a demonstration protesting against the division of the State. Teachers who gathered in a large number took out a rally from Zilla Parishad to Collectorate. Journalists conducted a mock assembly and protested.

Meanwhile, activists of various employees’ unions and Joint Action committees formed into an umbrella organization named Samaikhya Rashtra Parirakshana Vedika and planned to carry forward the struggle.

Meanwhile, YSRC leader Sobha Nagireddy expressed her solidarity with the protesters.
