KADAPA: Kadapa aerodrome will be initially developed with Rs. 11 crores to facilitate landing and taking off of 50-seater aircraft, Collector M.T. Krishna Babu said on Thursday.

The State Government signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Airports Authority of India to develop airports at Kadapa and Warangal, the Collector said.

Works would commence by June this year , he said. Kadapa requires a full-fledged airport as an IT park and SEZ would come up here, Kadapa Mayor P. Ravindranath Reddy said.
