VISAKHAPATNAM: A Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable was injured when a car hit his motorcycle on Wednesday evening.
Two RPF constables were going on their motorcycle when B. Rajani Kumar, who was reportedly in an inebriated condition, hit the motorcycle from behind resulting in severe injuries to one of the constables Satyam Naidu, 41. The injured constable was admitted to the Railway Hospital for treatment. The accused was taken into custody and sent for medical examination, according to Assistant Commissioner of Police (Traffic) S. Sai Baba.
A case was booked against the accused under Section 338 of the IPC.
