HYDERABAD: The judicial remand of all the accused in Satyam Computers fraud, including its former chairman B. Ramalinga Raju, was extended till June 10 by a court here on Wednesday.

As the regular court which will conduct the trial in the case is closed for summer vacation, the nine accused were produced before the Sixteenth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate G. Durgaiah who is the in-charge magistrate.

Apart from Ramalinga Raju, those produced in the court were his brothers Rama Raju and Suryanarayana Raju, former Chief Financial Officer Srinivas Vadlamani, Price Waterhouse auditors S. Gopalakrishnan and Srinivas Talluri, former vice-president (Finance) G. Ramakrishna and former managers (Finance) D. Venkatapathi Raju and Ch. Srisailam.

Except Suryanarayana Raju who is on bail, all others were brought from jail.

The accused will again appear in court on June 10 when hearings ahead of framing of charges against them are expected to commence.

This was their fourth appearance in court since the charge sheet against them was filed on April 7.
