Ten complaints relating to low pressure, inadequate and erratic water supply, non-issue of correct bills, non-availability of mobile van collection were received in the “Dial your managing director” programme held at the Water Board office on Saturday.

The complaints were from areas like Towlichowki, Chaitanyapuri, Ambedkarnagar (old Alwal), GR Reddy Nagar (Kapra), Kishanbagh, Kalyan Nagar Malkajgiri, Domalguda.

Instruction given

Managing Director, Adhar Sinha, assured to redress the complaints and instructed the concerned General Managers (E) to attend to the same immediately.

Mr. Sinha instructed the general managers to listen to the complaints patiently and solve them amicably.

Communication skills

He stressed the need of training field officials in effective communication skills.
