KADAPA: District Collector M.T. Krishna Babu on Saturday ruled out reconduct of DSC test 2006.

Brushing aside charges aired by some DSC candidates that irregularities had occurred and that some mediocre students secured high marks in DSC 2006, the Collector told newsmen that DSC 2006 tests were conducted in a foolproof manner. A solitary case of an official allowing a latecomer was probed into and there was no favouritism. DSC candidates did not have any complaints during the tests, but some were alleging irregularities after declaration of results, he said. There was no scope for manipulation at any stage and no reason to demand reconduct of DSC 2006, he contended.
