Swarnandhra College of Engineering & Technology was established in the year 2001, in a sprawling campus, with a built up area of approx 3 lacs plus sq ft, amidst lush orchids at Seetharampuram, Narsapur, pollution free serene atmosphere and well connected transport facility. Encouraging intelligent students by offering full fee waiver for those who have secured less than 2000 rank in EAMCET.

Well experienced professionals, grooming students, Totally 118 members of the faculty offering guidance in various departments, with a student staff ratio of 1:15. Up-to-date infrastructure with smart boards, 600 computer terminals, 28 labs with sophisticated equipment, digital library, english language & communication lab, aptitude lab, group rooms, internet facility, library with more then 21,000 titles & 65 magazines & journals, separate and well furnished hostels for Girls & boys, fresh 7 nutritious food, mineral water plant, spacious & well developed play grounds, Gyms with steam bath. There is a beeline of MNC’s who visit the college for hiring every year. The management congratulated the present pass outs who got selected 5 in IBM, 15 in INFOSYS, 19 in SATYAM & more.

The secretary & correspondent S.Ramesh Babu was pleased to inform that the institution was awaiting accreditation from National Board of Accreditation after successful completion of inspection by the concerned authority.

The College’s Jawahar Knowledge centre identified by IEG, JNTU & Govt of A.P. is ranked 1st in the district & 2nd in the state. The college offers 4 year Courses in ECE, CSE, IT, EEE, & Mech engg, PG courses like MCA, MBA, and in VLSI, CSE, Software, Power Electronics.

All these UG & PG courses are approved by AICTE & affiliated to JNTU. In 2007, they have started another Engineering college, Swarnandhra Institute of Engineering & Technology, approved by AICTE & affiliated to JNTU. This college is offering in ECE, CSE, & IT & MCA.
