PRAKET-14, a national-level technical symposium conducted by Sri Kalahasteeswara Institute of Technology (SKIT), run by Sri Kalahasteeswara Devasthanams trust board, came to a grand close in Srikalahasti town near here on Tuesday. The highlight of the event was the online speeches of their alumni in their virtual address to the students.

 Old students of the college, who are now in enviable positions placed in various places around the globe, related their experiences to the present students, who are pursuing Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at the college. In the first such event organised by the college, alumni members D.V.N.L.S. Prasanthi and K. Srikanth from the United States of America, Ravichandran and Seshu from Bangalore, Subhash Naidu and Avinash from Chennai interacted with the students online and urged them to pursue their dreams with passion.

SKIT Principal A. Subbirami Reddy, head of the department Muni Kumar, Programme Coordinator Ashok Kumar, Lakshmi Narayana, Devendra and others took part.
