Wants CM to make efforts to get a medical college for town
Karimnagar MP Ponnam Prabhakar has demanded that Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy take measures for the sanction of Government Medical College in Karimnagar town.
In an open letter released to the media here on Friday, the MP said that the government should supply Godavari river water to all villages of Karimnagar district before being shifted to Hyderabad under the Moulana Abul Kalam Azad Sujala Sravanthi programme.
Demanding the government to take up the execution of AP Genco power plant at Nedunuru by allocating the required gas, he sought Rs. 39 crore for taking up developmental works in the Satavahana University. He also urged the Chief Minister to sanction an engineering college in the Satavahana University.
