Superintendent of Police Manish Kumar Sinha observed that the differently-abled people have made their mark in all the fields by proving themselves.

Speaking at the meeting organised by RDT-Action Fraterna on the occassion of the International Day of the Hearing-Impaired here on Saturday, Manish Kumar Sinha stated that physical disability relating to any faculty is no hitch for climbing the ladder of success in life. If one possessed self confidence, determination and grit anything could be achieved in life. He impressed upon the need to integrate the differently-abled children with normal children so that they could grow up to be useful citizens in a healthy atmosphere. DRDA Project Director Rangaiah also spoke. A team of Spanish visitors led by Louis with speech impairment put forward his thoughts on the occasion using language.

He said that speech impairment is not a hindrance for achieving anything in life. Co-director of the centre for the disabled of Action Fraterna Dasaradha Ramudu presided. Earlier the RDT organised a rally of the speech impaired in the town. The speech impaired participated in cultural programmes organised on the occasion.
