The School of Management of the National Institute of Technology (NIT) is organising a two-day national level management meet ‘Cura 13’ on March 9 and 10 here.
School head M. Ravinder Reddy said that over 15 events were planned and there would be two workshops and four guest lectures during the two-day meet.
The events include- Incept (B-plan), Hr-enculturation (HR event), Findom (Online virtual stock market game), Markadroit (Marketing event), Curt-show (Short film making event), Explorio (Case study event), Kwizpad (B-quiz), Scrypt-o-mania (Paper presentation), Pendragon (Young manager) and C’est la fun! (Spot events).
There will be lectures by Irfan Alam, founder and chairman of Sammaan Foundation, an Indian company which organises the rickshaw pulling and manufacturing sector; Pawan G. Agarwal, CEO of the renowned Mumbai Dabbawalas and V. Rajanna, vice-president and regional head of TCS, Hyderabad. Students from IIMs, IITs, NITs and other prestigious management institutions are expected to take part in the meet.
