A local court on Monday issued non-bailable warrant against Pithapuram MLA Pantham Gandhi Mohan in connection with a case pertaining to the year 2005. Presently representing the ruling Congress, Gandhi Mohan then represented the TDP and he was charged with confining government employees at Samalkot over the issue of water users associations. Even as a case was registered against Gandhi Mohan and 37 others, he failed to attend the court. The Prohibition and Excise Judicial First Class Magistrate court issued the NBW to the MLA and 13 others.
