HYDERABAD: Two Ministers on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on the Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu for his alleged remarks on the Collectors’ conference and the Collectors.

Finance Minister K. Rosaiah, at a press conference, took exception to Mr. Naidu’s remark that the conference was converted into a political forum. He wondered whether Mr. Naidu had treated Collectors’ conferences during his regime as political forum. Information Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy, at a separate meeting, said Mr. Naidu had stooped to a new political low with his “uncivilised” charges on the Constitutional institution like the Collectors.
