Enjoy live music and spicy local flavours here
Adding a new dimension to the tribal chic restaurant Bamboo Bay at The Park is crooner David who will be singing melodies that range from old classics to contemporary hits.
The restaurant launched its concept — Live and Local — this weekend that combines spicy local flavours from Andhra, Chettinad, and delicious kebabs from the north with music.
It is the perfect place to enjoy an evening out with family and friends listening and singing along to timeless classics. David has a unique interactive style of singing and walks around the restaurant encouraging diners to join in.
He switches between ghazals and up-tempo film music with ease and draws you into the experience.
A complete crowd pleaser, he is happy to take requests and make dedications.
A couple of diners got so involved with the music that they got up to dance near their table quite to the surprise of the other diners and the management as well.
The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, and visitors can choose between sitting inside the restaurant and getting fully involved in the music or sit under the coconut trees outside and listen to the music playing in the background.
Either way, the drinks and food combined with your favourite songs make for an evening well spent.
Music and food lovers are sure to spend a couple of hours going course by course, while David goes from genre to genre.
