Rajahmundry: Member of Parliament from Rajahmundry and All-India Congress Committee member Vundavalli Aruna Kumar presented his annual performance report to the public for the second straight year. At public meeting organised at the Subrahmanya Maidan on Friday night, he listed his achievements with the help of video clippings in and outside Parliament.
Mr. Aruna Kumar listed the work done by him and sought suggestions from public in improving things further. During his two-and-half-hour presentation, he highlighted Community Sanitary Latrines (CSL) scheme for which he had spent the entire MPLADS funds of Rs. 2 crore.

The MP announced that he was trying to get a grant of Rs. 200 crores from the Centre for the underground drainage system this yearHe said that the east side booking for Rajahmundry eailway station, regular flight services, railway over bridges near ILTD in Rajahmundry and Anaparti, Jampeta rail-cum-road bridge and other things were on the agenda. "I will put maximum efforts to achieve the dream of Sonia Gandhi to improve the standard of life of the poorest of the poor with support of Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy," he said.
