Advocates and members of the Bezwada Nyayasthanala Porata Samithi have demanded that the courts complex be continued in the present location without pursuing any efforts for their shifting to the city outskirts under any circumstances.

Several advocates, owing allegiance to the newly-formed association, sat on a relay hunger strike on Friday in protest against the move to shift the courts complex. Bezwada Bar Association former president Pilla Ravi, senior advocate Srinivasa Raju, and others were among those present.
