BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi has said that injustice should not be done to others while rendering justice to Telangana.
He stated this when senior BJP leader Bandaru Dattatreya met him at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, on Wednesday and apprised him of the current unrest in the Seemandhra region. He advised the State BJP leadership to constantly review the situation and keep the central leadership posted of the developments.
Mr. Dattatreya said that he had also informed the Gujarat Chief Minister that the main concerns of Seemandhra people related to water sharing, employment and security in Hyderabad. “We don’t know how Congress is going to tackle the situation,” he reportedly said when Mr. Modi wanted to know how a full-stop could be put to the imbroglio.
Mr. Dattatreya, who is party in-charge for Kerala, informed Mr. Modi that support among weaker sections was increasing for BJP in that State and elsewhere in the South.
