NALGONDA: The residential school in Survail in Samstan Narayanapur mandal was in for praise from the School Education Minister D. Rajanarasimha during his visit to the village on Saturday.
“Having produced fine civil servants, Survail school has made a mark in the field of education in the Telangana region. My long desire to visit this school has finally fulfilled today,” he said while addressing a public meeting. The Minister announced Rs.30 lakh for the construction of compound wall and for other infrastructure facilities of the famous school.
Earlier he inaugurated the additional class rooms in the primary school and inspected the facilities in the residential college. The Minister took part in various programmes in Gudimalkapur and Gujja in Narayanapur mandal and Palivela in Munugode mandal. The Zilla Parishad chairperson K.Narayana Reddy, the Collector M.Purushottam Reddy, the Munugode MLA P.Venkat Reddy, the MLCs--P.Govardhan Reddy and Ch.Sitaramulu--, Narayanapur Mandal Praja Parishad president G.Raghupathi and others also spoke.
