Laughing will keep a person healthy, says club members

“If the day begins with joy and laughter, the entire day will be happy for a person. Smiling and making other laugh is a boon,” says the members of Guntur Laughter Yoga.

Like meditation and physical yoga, laughter yoga will relieve a person from stress and prevent hypertension, diabetes, throat, heart and other diseases, says Guntur Laughter Yoga founder Shaik Lal Vazeer.

The aim of the Laughter Club is to share problems, if any, give happiness and restore joint family culture. The club, registered in 2006, was also in social service and create awareness on the social issues, he said.
