A.P. Tourism Development Corporation (APTDC) and APSRTC are operating Karthika Masam special services from the State capital covering Amaravathi, Bhimavaram, Palakollu, Draksharamam and Samarlakotla Pancharama temples from November 18 to December 9.

APTDC package tours will operate on every Sunday from Yatri Nivas, Secunderabad at 8 p.m. and conclude on Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. Air-conditioned bus fare per adult is Rs.2,500 and Rs.2,100 per child. Those opting for non-AC buses will have to pay Rs.2,000 per adult and Rs.1,800 per child.

APTDC will also operate tours on Saturday for interested tourists. Tickets can be booked at the APTDC reservation counters at Basheerbagh, Tank Bund, Yatri Nivas, Shilparamam and Paryatak Bhavan. (For details call: 98480-07028)

Similarly, APSRTC will also operate special super luxury services covering the above temples from the capital on every Sunday till December 9. Services will start from BHEL at 5 p.m. and arrive back in the city on Tuesday at 7 a.m. Fare per head is Rs.1,300.

For the convenience of those visiting Shiva temples in Vemulavada, Kaleswaram, Ramappa, Thousand Pillar Temple and Palakurthi, RTC is operating special services covering these temples. Services will start from Dilsukhnagar at 12.30 p.m. and arrive back in the city on Monday midnight. Fare per head is Rs.750.

Meanwhile, RTC Ranga Reddy region is offering super luxury, deluxe and express buses on special hire for the convenience of devotees visiting Sabarimala. Buses will be parked at authorised parking areas at Pamba, said a press release. (For details call: 99592-26242)
