JNTU-K inks pact with CSC

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTU-K) on Saturday entered into a memorandum of understanding with the US-based Computer Science Corporation (CSC) for providing technical support and employment opportunities to the university students.

Expressing happiness over the MoU, Vice-Chancellor Allam Appa Rao said the university was striving to provide qualitative education to its students and chalking out new syllabus to bridge the gap between the industry and the institute.

Chairman of the CSC J. Brain stressed the need for technical knowledge among students. Vice-Chancellor of Vikrama Simhapuri University C.R. Visweswara Rao, Vice-Chancellor of Rayalaseema University J.V. Prabhakara Rao and others were present.
