Justice L. Narasimha Reddy of the AP High Court on Wednesday granted interim stay for three weeks on the process of dispossession of B. Teja Raju, son of B Ramalinga Raju, former chairman of Satyam Computers, from his Jubilee Hills residence.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had earlier identified this house as the one acquired with Satyam scam money and attached it under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act and gave a notice to Teja Raju asking him to vacate the house.

He approached the court seeking a direction to restrain the Enforcement Directorate for three weeks so he can challenge its action in an appellate tribunal. The judge disposed off the case with this direction.
