Sixteen-year-old P. Bhavani Sai from Ramanthapur joined MEC course in the college and was residing at the college hostel.
His friend found lights on in the classroom at around 5 a.m. and alerted the lecturers.

Later, police found a note, purportedly written by the teenager, which said none was responsible for his death. Sai’s father is an attender at a TV studio.
