Infronics Systems Limited, a Hyderabad-based firm specialised in RFID technology, has been awarded the contract to take up enrolment of people in Hyderabad and Srikakulam districts under the Unique Identification Authority of India's Aadhar project.

The company was among the few selected by the UIDAI following stringent parameters and it bagged the order amid stiff competition.

Infronics Systems would set up 100 enrolment stations in Hyderabad and 300 in Srikakulam for taking up the work and the company had decided to recruit 750 people to complete the project in time, according to Infronics Chairman and Managing Director M.S. Raju.
