Bringing the culinary touches of Goa, Hotel Green Park offers a week-long ‘Go Goa Fest’ to the foodies. The coastal cuisine offers a lot of seafood flavoured with coconut milk. Ambot tik, prawn sukhem, xacuti, vindalho, and Goan egg drop curry top the non-vegetarian menu.
The vegetarian platter includes temperade, mixed vegetable xacuti, fugad, sanna and fresh coconut rice. The spread is open for the diners at Tulips restaurant from Sunday till November 25.
