HYDERABAD: GM Infra Ventures on Wednesday announced the launch of ‘The Platina', a premium commercial building spread over 2.50 acres at Gachibowli.

The project being taken up at a cost of Rs.150 crore will have a built-up area of 4 lakh sft and is expected to be completed in two years time.

GM Infra is a joint venture of Manjeera Construction, Gowra Group and Milestone Capital and ‘The Platina' abuts a 120 feet road with a very wide frontage and is in close proximity to the Expressway leading to the international airport.

A hotel has also been proposed adjacent to the project to be taken up at a later date.

Speaking to the presspersons here on Wednesday, G.Yoganand, Manjeera Construction CMD said the commercial project will offer world class business space ranging from 1,440 sft to 40,000 sft and every floor will be provided with common facilities to ensure comfort and easy maintenance.

“It is an eco-friendly building and the area where it is coming up will see an enormous amount of activity in near future,” he said.

The city market has immense potential in the commercial real-estate space, pointed out Aditya Gowra, Director, Gowra Ventures. “We are sure that our clientele will find our offering most suitable for their requirements”.
