A team of doctors conducted a free medical camp for tribals and provided vitamin injections and medicines.

The camp, organised by Satya Seva Organisations at Gummakota village near Kasipatnam of Anantagiri mandal in the district, saw the doctors provide free counselling to 327 persons from nine villages. Necessary tests were conducted to the needy patients in Sri Sathya Sai Mobile Hospital Van which is equipped with latest medical equipment. Of the patients 115 were given B-complex and B-12 injections, 57 were tested for eye related problems and out of them four were referred for advance treatment in main hospital.

The doctors’ team, led by G.V.S. Rao, comprised Prasad, Sambasiva Rao, Shanthakumari and Satyanarayana.
