HYDERABAD: The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) are organising national conference and exhibition on Herbal and Traditional Therapies from May 9.

Giving details to the media persons here on Tuesday, FAPCCI President Atluri Subba Rao said that the three day conference would bring together all alternative and traditional therapies like ayurveda, homoeopathy, Unani, Siddha, yoga and meditation, Bio-Yoga, naturopathy, acupressure/acupuncture, Vedic healing/therapy, music and belly dance therapy, Reiki, Pranic healing, pyramid healing and so on at FAPCCI premises in Red Hills.

The scientific conference being organised in association with Bharatiya Vaidya Vidhan Ltd., is aimed at creating a platform to disseminate the latest trends and developments in traditional therapies for creating public awareness, says Mr. Subba Rao.

The programme showcases the products and services and the latent wisdom in the ancient Indian therapies and their relevance in the context of modern health care systems. About 100 stalls supporting the traditional therapies would be on display, said IT and BT Committee Chairman, FAPCCI, Lakshmi Prasad Agarwal.
