Former Joint Director of CBI Lakshminarayana inaugurated a medical camp at APSP Camp, sponsored by Srisailam Project Old Students’ Association (SPOSA), here on Sunday. Mr. Lakshminarayana, who received his school education at Srisailam Project School, Sundipenta, has been the honorary chairman of the body.

Addressing the meeting, he advocated organ and blood donation which were crucial to save terminally ill patients. He himself signed the papers donating his organs.

He called for peace, health and security in society which were as important as any other modern needs. He appealed to those who reached top positions in life to give back something to the society for what they had received.

Mr. Lakshminarayana paid tributes to his teachers for their selfless service. SP S. Chandrasekhar Reddy and office bearers of SPOSA Kurnool unit were present.
