The Hyderabad regional event of ‘The Hindu Eplus Club Challenge 2013’ will be held on February 22 and not on February 20 as announced earlier.

The event has been postponed in view of exams for first year engineering students.

State competition

The Hindu Eplus Club Challenge is a state-level competition held in three regions -- Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Vishakapatnam this month with the state final slated to be held at Vijayawada on February 24.

The inter-collegiate event tests students in five disciplines - Group Discussion, Quiz, Elocution, Paper Presentation and Creative Activity on various parameters. Grafx IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd is the knowledge partner.

The Hyderabad regional event is being sponsored by the Teegala Krishna Reddy College of Engineering and Technology, Meerpet, will be held on February 22 at its premises.

The 2012 event was hosted by the same college that saw the participation of teams from 43 colleges in the twin cities. The top three teams from regional-level ‘Challenges’ will go on to compete at the State-level grand finale to be held in Vijayawada.

Colleges have to register online on the website ‘www.epluschallenge.com’. Registration of names can be made till February 17. Login ID and password will be sent to the individual colleges soon.
