A Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) special court here on Friday granted four months’ time from June 4 to Shravan Gupta, Managing Director of Emaar MGF Land Ltd, an accused in the Emaar Properties land scam case, to visit foreign countries on his company’s business needs.

The court directed him to furnish a bond for Rs.6 lakh and two sureties of the like sum.

In another petition, the court permitted V. Vijay Sai Reddy, an accused in the quid pro quo investments case against Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, to visit Tirumala from June 1 to 3.

He is likely to surrender before the court on June 5 as the Supreme Court has cancelled his bail.
