Students wishing to study in British universities can now fulfil their dream by understanding the nitty-gritty of all aspects of education in foreign universities at the annual Education UK Exhibit here on Saturday.

The prospective students will get an opportunity to interact with the representatives of more than 20 best universities of the UK and some colleges.

The British Council in a release here on Thursday said that the venue for the exhibit was The Hotel Gateway and it would be held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Students can clarify all their doubts about student visa procedure, fee structure, scholarships, admission procedure, courses available and other requirements for studying in the UK.

They can seek assistance from the representatives or agents about each and every step of the procedure. The Exhibition is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students and also for students considering a diploma course.

The other advantage for students in the UKwas relatively low cost of studying and a chance to do a part-time job up to 20 hours per week and full time during vacations. One year Master's course and three year undergraduate course (except Scotland) in the UK get the most number of enquiries.

Students graduating from a UK university with a recognised degree, PGCE or PGDE will be able to switch into Tier 2 of the work visa. These types of exhibits are organised every year, but the Education UK Exhibition holds the distinction of being the only exclusive UK education fair, it said.

Over 52,000 Indian students were currently studying in the UK and this number was growing at the rate of over 10 per cent every year. For more information students could log on to www.educationuk.org/india/events.
