HYDERABAD: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has sought the dismissal of all the three Ministers dealing with Health Department in the State Cabinet for their failure to effectively deal with serious issues like Swine Flu and other seasonal diseases.
The BJP Greater Hyderabad president, Chintala Ramachandra Reddy told a press conference that Health Minister, Danam Nagender; Arogyasri Minister, Pithani Satyanrayana and Medical Education Minister, P. Sudharshan Reddy failed miserably in handling Swine Flu that spread scare across the State.
Neither they had the time to hold reviews and monitor the situation nor the inclination to take up some positive work to drive away the fear among people, he said demanding that Chief Minister K. Rosaiah immediately remove them from his cabinet.
He said the BJP will hold demonstration at the GHMC office on September 25 exposing the Government’s failure in addressing this problem.
He said the new Greater Hyderabad president of BJP would be elected on November 1 after the process electing division presidents and other office-bearers, which will start from October 1.
The party wants to get ready to make its impact in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal elections that are likely to be held some time in November.
