Sangareddy: CPI (M) State secretariat member S.Veeraiah said that his party has decided to field candidates in all the places where it has considerable clout. He also ruled out the chances of sacrificing certain seats to other parties in the name of alliance or seat adjustment. However CPI (M) would reciprocate the help of those parties, which would not field their candidates against them.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, Veeraiah pointed out that both the TDP and Congress have diluted the spirit of 72 and 73 Constitutional amendments, which he said were based on the West Bengal model of local self-governance. He said while the TDP has introduced the nodal system which usurped the powers of the people's representatives the Congress on the other hand strengthened the interference of MLAs and Ministers by providing Constituency funds.
