Counselling for poor students of Karimnagar district to secure admission in various corporate junior colleges will be held in Karimnagar on July 9.

229 seats

According to a press note here on Wednesday, DRDA Project Director Ravinder said a total of 229 seats were allocated to Karimangar district including 105 for SC students, 57 BC, 17 seats for BC-C, 24 seats for ST students and 12 seats for economically backward students. The SC/ ST students who secured 450 marks and above in SSC examinations, BC and EBC students with 500 marks and above and minorities 450 marks and above were asked to attend the counselling at the Collectorate on July 9 for admission into various corporate junior colleges in Hyderabad.

Students were informed to attend the counselling along with necessary certificates such as mark list, white ration card, caste certificate, study certificate and six passport size photographs. Selected students would be admitted in their respective corporate colleges on July 12.
