Goud, pursuing a software programming course, feigned innocence. He claimed that he had no role in the issue. Investigators checked his email and FB account but did not find any offensive religious content.
Meanwhile, mild tension prevailed at the Langer Houz police station after a woman raised a hue and cry after her husband was brought to the station on the charge of assaulting someone. Accusing the police of harassing her husband, the woman wanted that her husband be released unconditionally. While she charged that a home guard tried to push her out of the station, the latter maintained that he had only tried to pacify her.
