To record the complaints and grievances of the public on civic issues, the East Godavari district administration is going to launch a call centre on the Collectorate premises here on Monday. The call centre, with telephone number 1800-425-3077, will enable the public to interact directly with the district Collector for one hour from 10 a.m. onwards during the weekly grievance cell programme on every Monday. Arrangements are in place to arrange interaction with the officials of all the departments to people. A calendar will be prepared and the schedule will be announced in advance for the convenience of people, according to an official release.
