Lashing out at BJP and TRS leaders for their alleged utterances dividing people on community and communal lines, Congress MLC S. Jagadeeshwar Reddy accused the two parties of polluting the atmosphere during electioneering.

Speaking to media persons at his camp office here on Thursday, he said elections would come and go, but the peace harmony in society should not be affected by the provocative speeches of leaders. He asked the leaders of both the parties not to create animosity among communities to gain political mileage.

Pointing out that the candidates of the BJP and TRS contesting from Mahabubnagar segment were non-locals, Mr. Jagadeeshwar Reddy appealed to the voters to support Congress nominee Mutyala Prakash who was resident of Mahabubnagar town and would always be available to the people.
