NALGONDA: BJP has decided to lay siege to the AP Transco Superintendent Engineer's office in the town on March 8 in protest against the erratic power supply and unscheduled power cuts, the party's district president Virelly Chandrasekhar has said.

Addressing a press conference in Miryalaguda on Friday, Mr. Chandrasekhar alleged that the farmers in the district were subjected to untold hardships due to the erratic power supply.

“The government has failed to provide nine hours power supply to the agriculture sector as promised before the elections," he said. said the unscheduled power cuts had become a cause of serious concern for the students during the crucial examination time.
