Banking Ombudsman M. Sebastian will arrive here on Friday to adjudicate bank customer complaints. According to a release, the Banking Ombudsman will also endeavour to address the grievances on the spot to the extent possible. Details on his programme can be had from Deputy General Manager, SBI.
