Mr Vivekananda, whose lower half is immobile due to polio, was felicitated and presented a plaque along with a citation from the president of Rotary E-Club, S. V. Suryanarayana. Mr Vivekananda was the ideal choice for the award, which was a reflection of his grit, said Mr Suryanarayana.

Principal of the Gandhi Hospital School of Nursing, Shobha Morris, who was the chief guest of the programme, appreciated the hard work put in by Mr. Vivekananda. Responding to the felicitation, Mr. Vivekananda expressed gratitude to Rotary E-Club for the award.
