VISAKHAPATNAM: With other universities having rescheduled their post-graduate engineering admission tests, Andhra University has decided to allow cancellation of admission into its M.E., M. Tech. and M. Pharmacy programmes till September 30 with a refund of 90 per cent of the fee paid by a candidate.
There would be no refund of fee for seats cancelled after September 30, Director of AU Directorate of Admissions O. Aniel Kumar informed in a press release here on Tuesday.
Details of seats available in M.E., M.Tech. and M. Pharmacy programmes on AU campus and affiliated colleges, after the first phase of admission and cancellations would be placed on the AU website on October 1.
These seats would be filled on October 7 and 8 during counselling to be done at the Directorate of Admissions’ office here.
Prof. Aniel Kumar also informed that the last date for submitting applications for the two-year Master of Finance and Control (MFC) course introduced this year is September 25.
Admission counselling is scheduled to be held from 9 a.m. on October 1. Other details are available on the website www.andhrauniversity.info/doa, Prof. Aniel Kumar added.
Spot admissions into University of Melbourne will be held from September 23 to 25 at SIEC’s local office.
University’s representative Meghana Rajendra will interact with students on September 25, according to branch manager Ravindranath P.
