VISAKHAPATNAM: On the occasion of ‘Baisakhi', Hotel Green Park is hosting a three-day Punjabi Food Festival at its meadows from Monday. To lend authenticity to the festival, the hotel has created a model Punjabi village, complete with mud houses and ‘charpais'.
The culinary delights, include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian authentic Punjabi dishes like malai paneer tiranga, tandoori kacha kala da tikka, tandoori gobi, murgh lasooni kebab lahori and chicken tikka karnal da. The spread also includes a wide variety of desserts like lassi, shahi tukda and matki kheer. The festival is open only for dinner and is priced at Rs. 275 plus taxed per head.
