HYDERABAD: Two members of Legislative Council on Tuesday demanded the government to table the inquiry reports into the death of former chief minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy.

Participating in the debate on the motion of thanks to the Governor, the members also asked the government to make public the details of cockpit voice recorder, in which the conversation between all five passengers of the ill-fated chopper, including the pilots, were recorded.

The reports (Director General of Civil Aviation and a two-member Committee appointed by the State Government) were widely discussed in the media, Puvvada Nageswara Rao (CPI) and P. Subba Reddy (Independent) said. Besides Mr. Rao, M. Venkatasiva Reddy and A. Narsa Reddy (TDP), Ch. Seetaramulu (CPI-M) and D. Rami Reddy (PDF) listed out various aspects on which the government had failed. B. Mohan Reddy (Independent) and Shaik Hussain (Congress) complimented the government on different counts.
