Counselling for EAMCET aspirants from tomorrow

With the EAMCET results released The Hindu Education Plus is back with its counselling sessions for students aspiring to join engineering, medical and other professional courses.

‘The Hindu Education Plus’ career counselling sessions starting from July 1 will provide an opportunity for students to understand the courses and get qualified advice from professors and professionals from the industry. During these sessions, subject experts will discuss the emerging trends in engineering, medical, agriculture and other related courses apart from answering queries from students on selection of course and college.

The sessions will be held on July 1 (Sunday) in Hyderabad and Tirupati; on July 4 (Wednesday) in Kadapa and Nizamabad, and on July 8 (Sunday) in Warangal and Anantapur. There will be separate sessions for engineering and medical streams in Hyderabad while it will be combined session in Tirupati.

In other centres counselling sessions will be only on engineering and related courses. Participants will also get a handbook of the articles written by senior professors and professionals from the industry giving them an insight into various courses and careers. The presenting sponsor of the events is Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology, Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST). The TV partner is TV 5 and the Radio Partner is BIG 92.7 FM. Entry is by registration and candidates can register at The Hindu offices by paying Rs.100. They can also register sending an email but need to pay the registration fee at the venue.
