Swami Sri Satyatma Tirtha of Uttaradi Mutt has asked the youth to spread the message of Sri Madhvacharya for the well being and world peace. He also asked everyone to serve a ‘guru' like Lord Hanuman served Bhagavan Ram.

He was attending Sri Satyajnana Tirtha Swamiji's 1008 Centenary Aradhana celebrations here at his ‘Moola Brindavana Sannidhana' at Uttaradi Mutt on the banks of river Godavari.

Sri Satyatma Tirtha Swamiji is a venerable champion of the dualistic school of Vedanta propounded by Madhvacharya. Young in age but a stalwart in Vedic wisdom, Sri Swamiji has toured the length and breadth of the country in order to propagate Vedic thoughts in general and dvaita philosophy in particular.

Swami Satyatma Tirtha said that Uttaradi Mutt's chief mission is to practice, protect, preach and propagate the ancient Vedic dharma. Since the time of its origin, till date, Sri Uttaradi Math, has been and continuing to be the strong propounder of the true Vedic dharma. All the great Acharyas like Sri Madhvacharya, who successively adorned the seat of Uttaradi Math, are well known for their eagerness and commitment to protect this dharma, he added.

In the evening lectures by eminent scholars from Karnataka and Swamiji's Pravachanam are being conducted at local Hindu Samaj. Sri Sri 1008 Satyajnana Teetha Swamiji attained Siddhi in 1912. The objections from the local residents regarding establishing the Brindavana in the thickly populated residential area were effectively countered by Sri Nyapathy Subba Rao Pantulu, one of the founders of The Hindu , who convinced the residents and the local authorities and was thus instrumental in having the Brindavan on the banks of river Godavari in the sacred city of Rajahmundry. The reception committee of Swamiji includes Nyapathy Lakshmi Narasimha Rao, president, Jammi Rama Rao, secretary, D. Sundara Rama Rao, treasurer and Y.S. Narasimha Rao, Y. L. N. Murthy, the mathadhikaris.
