VISAKHAPATNAM: With the arrival of the wedding season and festivals round the corner, here’s a place where every woman’s dream may come true.

The newly inaugurated CMR Grand mall on the Sampath Vinayagar temple road has introduced special bridal collections among its exclusive range of designer sarees.

But topping the list is a 24-carat gold dress worth Rs.29 lakhs that is on display at the mall. “The dress has been specially ordered from Mumbai. Weighing 2 kgs, it is the first of its kind in the city,” CMR CMD M.V. Ramana said.

Dedicated to women, the mall has a wide range of jewellery in three floors and the remaining two is for clothing, apparel and fashion accessories.

The theme shop has state-of-the-art facilities in tune with its iconic status in the city where it is a household name. The ground floor houses bridal jewellery while the first floor showcases diamond, Kundan and antique jewellery.

The second floor has Polki jewellery and silver articles.

The third floor is exclusively meant for bridal designer saris and the fourth floor is for Ghagras, chudidars, dress material and ‘western’ wear. The exclusive range of sarees includes Uppada pattu sarees, Kanchi sarees, Banarasi silk sarees, Pashmina work sarees and richly embroidered georgettes.

Its diamond jewellery has the finest quality diamonds. “Vivaha” offers a collection of pure silk saris and hallmarked jewellery.

As an inaugural offer, the mall is offering a discount of Rs.50 on every gram of gold and a 10 per cent discount on sarees, ghagras and chudidars.
