HYDERABAD: Atkins, the leading multinational engineering and design consultancy and designers of Dubai’s Burj Al Arab, world’s tallest all-suite hotel, have undertaken their largest residential project in India, at Kondapur here in the city. The project is being launched on Sunday in Hyderabad.

Christened The Iconia, the 21-acre enclave by Bharat Infratech is to come with 18 residential high rises towering to 20 stories. The project offers 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 5 BHK duplex condominiums spread over 1,908 sft to 5,004 sft at a location that is mere 10 minutes away from the IT and Financial hubs of Gachibowli and Madhapur.

Some of the international best names go into making the project and include living spaces designed by DWP, Thailand, accessorised by Kohler, landscaped by Site Concepts International (SCI), Singapore, serviced by Jones Lang Le Salle Meghraj and promoted by Lehman Brothers and Tiger Global, U.S.
