Regional coordinator of EAMCET and principal of JNTU (K) College of Engineering P. Uday Bhaskar has said in a statement that arrangements have been made at the EAMCET examination centres in the district. While the engineering examination is scheduled from 10 a.m., agriculture and medicine is from 2.30 p.m. on May 10. He asked candidates to present at the centres by 9.15 a.m. and 1.45 p.m. No candidate will be allowed inside the centres after 10 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. State Road Transport Corporation will operate services to the centres from the bus complex at 8.30 a.m., 8.45a.m. and 9 a.m. However, candidates have to make arrangements on their own to reach the centres in time. They must bring hall-ticket, application form, ballpoint pen, and caste certificate (SCs and STs).

Arrangements in place in the Kakinada region for EAMCET. As many as 26 centres have been allocated for engineering and seven centres for the medicine. In all, 11,753 students are going to take the test for engineering and another 2,783 students appear for medicine. The students can use either blue or black coloured ballpoint pen to mark their answers and there should not be any delay in reaching the examination centre, according to a press release here on Wednesday.
