Jana Sikshana training

The Jana Sikshana Sansthan will impart training in maintenance and minor repairs of gas stove, photocopy machine operation, agarbatti making, rubber stamp making, flower bouquet making, fabric painting, refrigeration and air-conditioning and in other streams to the unemployed youth from March 1 to 28. expresses displeasure

CPI (M) City Secretary R. Raghu on Wednesday expressed his displeasure over the general budget presented by Finance Minister P. Chidambaram. Mr. Raghu said that the budget had failed to meet the expectations of the common man as agriculture, employment, education and health did not get due share. The Finance Minister did not make any proposals to bring down the spiralling of essential commodities prices. The minister also failed to discuss about inflation, he said.
